The West's Awake
"The West's Awake" is a rousing piece done by Anthony Kearns. The words are stirring and poetic. In the link to the entire song, you should note that Mr. Kearns didn't include the second verse on the Heritage CD.

The Parting Glass
The fantastic sound on this song, most especially Anthony's lovely vocal ornamentation and Finbar's high harmony is simply wonderful! This song, combined with "The West's Awake" and "My Heart Will Go On" is worth the cost of the CD.

My Heart Will Go On
This incredible rendition of a beautiful song was preceded by the following expressive recitation by Finbar Wright: “Built in the dockyards of Belfast, The Titanic’s last port of call was Cobh, County Cork on April the 11th, 1912. The tragedy that followed was among the most spectacular in maritime history. Equally spectacular was James Cameron’s powerful reenactment of that story on film. From that movie comes a special song. A song that tells us that love never dies, love never forgets.”
